Obituary of Nandranie Bachan

We celebrate the life of Nandranie Bachan (Teacher Peggy), June 7, 1952 - April 25, 2025. She was the beloved daughter of the late Sunia and Dasrat Singh, devoted sister to Kay (Baby), the late Eunice, Hubert, and 5 others. Nandranie was a loving wife to the late Oudit Narine (Desmond) Bachan, cherished mother to Debbie, Esme, Nadeen, Raymond and mother-in-law to Nigel, Troy, Munesh, and Sheliza. She was an adoring grandmother to Sasha, Stephanie, Jordan, Josiah, Janaya, Janita, Marcus, Alexis, Dylan, and Nicole, and beloved aunt to Claudette (Vanie), Vishnu, Veena, Vera, Vijay, Ron, Brudda, Vijai, Pammy, Ermilla, Sharmilla, and the late Patrick.

A devoted Christian, Nandranie lived her faith through her love and service to others. As a dedicated teacher and friend, she touched countless lives with her kindness, generosity, and compassion. To her family, she was a pillar of love and support, always there to encourage and uplift her children, grandchildren, and loved ones. Her children cherished her unwavering support and loving guidance, while her grandchildren adored her care, nurture, prayers and cheers for them. Through her tireless service in her church and community, Nandranie embodied the love of Christ, leaving a lasting legacy that will continue to inspire and uplift all who knew her.

Rest in the loving arms of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, Our Dear Mother, Grandmother, Aunt, Sister and Friend. Your love, kindness, and legacy will live on in our hearts and for Generations to come.
