It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved father, husband, and friend, Chandra Dat Ramkishun who left us peacefully on July 9, 2025.

Born in Guyana on March 1, 1949, Chandra Dat Ramkishun immigrated to Canada with a dream - to build a better life for his family. Through unwavering dedication and tireless hard work, he not only achieved that dream but created a legacy of love, sacrifice, and strength that will live on for generations.

He was a devoted husband to his beloved wife of 33 years, Annie, and a proud and loving father to his two children, Amanda and Donovan, who were his greatest pride. They carry his values and strength forward everyday. His family was his world, and everything he did was rooted in his desire to give them the best life possible

Chandra Dat Ramkishun was the embodiment of selflessness. He always put others before himself and believed deeply in the values of patience, understanding, and respect. These were not just words to him - they were principles he lived by and gently taught to those around him.

His presence brought comfort. His words offered wisdom. His actions showed quiet strength. Whether it was through a kind gesture, a listening ear, or a steady hand, he touched the lives of everyone he met and made the world around him better.

He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his family, extended relatives, friends, and all who knew him. His legacy lives on in the hearts of his family and in the countless lives he influenced with his kindness and quiet courage.
