We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of a dear husband, father and grandfather David Komal Singh. Sunrise June 6, 1943 and sunset October 19, 2025. He was born in Canal Number 1 in Guyana and has lived in Toronto since immigrating in 1983. He is survived by his wife Rukhmani, children Sadesh, Geeta and Vishal, daughter in law Dianna, son in law Rajesh and grandchildren Matthew, Meera, Maya and Deven. He was the eldest child of the late Baldeo and Dhanwattie Singh and big brother to Hannah (late), Sheila, Kenneth, Enna, Edward (late), Guptie, and Dennis (late). He worked as a draftsman in Guyana and later as a surveyor at Toronto Hydro. He was a very talented self-taught musician for over 6 decades and was best known for his skills on the mandolin and keyboard. He was very involved in supporting many functions and charities in the Indo-Caribbean community. He was also an avid gardener. He was loved by all who knew him for his kind soul, generous spirit and beautiful music. He will be deeply missed and we pray for his soul to find peace.
