Shanty Chand “Ram” Ramharock
January 21st 1945 - November 6th 2025
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Shanty Chand Ramharock, who passed away peacefully on the morning of Thursday, November 6, 2025, at Simcoe Hospice, surrounded by his loving wife and two daughters. A devoted husband and father, Shanty found joy in life’s simple pleasures—walking through his neighbourhoods in Etobicoke and later Innisfil, spending peaceful days at home with his family, and taking great pride in caring for his yard and garden. He loved making his outdoor spaces beautiful, watching tennis, cheering on the Toronto Raptors, and going fishing with his wife. Shanty’s gentle spirit, warmth, and love for his family will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
