Jaggu mama always was, and always will be Jaggu to my generation. That informality and indulgence drew us closer, almost a kindred part of the same generation.
As a brother that Amma was particularly close to, their bonding and intimacy rubbed off on us as we grew up. Through the years, she would speak of her soft corner for him, regale us with stories of their growing years. And it always made her smile.
Jaggu was always available to us, keen to help and support in any manner possible. On many an occasion, Jaggu would go out off his way, often traveling across cities to help our family in a moment of need. No ask was deemed trivial or dismissed. He was there to support us in organizing most life events we have had, often the last to leave, to make sure that everything was taken care of. Selfless as ever.
Personally, Jaggu was a father figure to me. In my formative years, he was someone who was easy to talk with, quick of wit, always sporting a smile and a kind word of enquiry. He counseled me through my school years, supported my entry into college and frequently enquired after my wellbeing thereafter.
In his public self, Jaggu exuded joie-de-vivre. He fascinated us with his ability to tell a tale, often accompanied with songs for added embellishment. He brought the world to our doorstep with the stories he drew from his experiences from his travels.
With Anuradha, Jaggu started a tight knit and close family that he was devoted to. They raised three of the warmest people in have had the privilege to know. Role models all.
We will miss Jaggu, his many dimensions, his wisdom and guidance, and the constant twinkle in his eyes

I am speechless . This is a real loss for me . I have never seen such a wonderful person in my private and
professional life . I could trust him with any thing and he had always a set up mind for me.
My deepest condolence to you Reethi and your family. May the soul of Jagannathan rest in peace. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family .
You know it is a ongoing journey and we get in that train from some where and get off at some where.
Jagannathan was with me for more than 15 years not as a worker but as a guardian.
Regards -Kamrul Hafiz

It broke our hearts to lose you,
but you never went alone,
for a part of us went with you,
the day God took you home.
A million times we missed you,
A million times we cried,
If love could have saved you,
you never would have died.
To the grave you travel,
Our flowers placed with care,
No-one knows the heartache,
as we turn to leave you there.
If tears could build a stairway,
and memories could make a lane,
we would walk right up to heaven,
and bring you home again.
We love you uncle,
sleep well in heaven ....Rest in peace

Dear Jagan,
You were my guiding light from the day I started my practice. You were always so ethical that sometimes I joked about it. You never steered me in the wrong path and I respected you for that. You were not only my accountant but my friend. It just breaks my heart to think that I will not see you anymore. Ronnie, Josh and most of all myself will miss you a lot. I do not know what to say to Anuradha as she will miss you each and every day. I am sure you are happy where you are. I do not know when but I am sure that I will meet you one day.
Love you Jagan

Our deepest condolences to you and your family during this difficult time. Your father was a beautiful soul and will be remembered always. I remember his warming smile from the first time he came to look at the house you purchased and the kind and loving warm heartfelt words we always exchanged whenever he visited.

A constant in my life, and the fun adult in our family Jagumamma was one of the most positive people I have had the privilege to know! From always being patient and answering my hundreds of questions to taking us out to late night ice cream outings, and taking 4 kids and a baby across North India one summer to staying up with me till 1 am to help me with a Math exam when I lived with him and my aunt briefly, he was always there for us making us look forward to every day. He has been taken from us too soon and I will truly miss him and my thoughts and prayers are with Anu, Reethi, Keshav, Madhav and their families.

Heartfelt condolences to the entire family. Gonna miss the long conversations I used to have with him during classes. We would talk about everything when he shall be cooking dinner. Shall miss him a lot.
God saw you getting tired
And a cure was not to be
So he put His arms around you
And whispered "Come to me."
With tearful eyes we watched you
As you slowly slipped away
And though we loved you dearly
We couldn't make you stay.
Your golden heart stopped beating
Your tired hands put to rest
God broke our hearts to prove to us
He only takes the best.
