Nirmal . My sister, my friend. Person closest to me for a number of years. I was younger than her and the youngest in the family. She was my guide and teacher in my early years. Taught me abc 123 and much else. Also some card games, carom, ludo etc. My friend and companion shared many secrets with me, we were partners in what happened in the Sahgal home, And also partners in childhood mischief and crime. We were three siblings and number 2 and 3 were always together.
Nirmal my sister, my friend, my companion was a loving daughter, a loving and caring sister, a doting mother and a compassionate and generous human being. She was a wonderful cook and a hostess with the mostess. Never did she forget a birthday, anniversary, Rakhi or Bhaiduj, Or the gifts due on these occasions.
Nirmal has gone, we are left with a big void in our hearts which is impossible to fill. We can only pray that we are blessed with her company in our future lives.
