Don’t lament and grieve for me, for now I’m free
I’m following the path Bhagwan laid for me.
I took bhagwan’s hand when I heard him call,
I turn my back and left it all.
I could not stay another day,
To laugh, joke, to love, to work or play.
Tasks left undone must stay that way.
I found that special place at the close of day,
If my leaving and parting was short and has left a void,
Then fill it all with remembered joy.
A friendship shared, a joke cracked, a laughter, a kiss,
AY Yes, these things I too will miss.
Be not burdened with times of grief and sorrow,
I wish you all the sunshine of tomorrow.
My life’s been full, I’ve savoured much.
Good friends, Good laugh, Good times, a love one special touch.
Perhaps my time seemed all too brief.
Don’t lengthen it now with undue grief.
Lift up your head and heart and share with me ...
Bhagwan wanted me now; He’ set “me free”.
