Khodai Persaud, son of the late Mangal Maraj and Bowdie, died peacefully on Tuesday, November 16, 2021 in Toronto. Khodai was born in Guyana on December 15, 1932. In Guyana he was a dairy farmer and a business man. He immigrated to Toronto in 1984 with his spouse. In Canada, he spent most of his working life at the same company until retirement. Khodai is survived by his wife Permasri Persaud, four sons, Perry, Aeshwar, Hiraman and Harry and seven grandchildren along with five great grand children. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Due to the current restrictions, we can allow up to 90 people in the service hall at one time. Infants and Children are a part of that number. Guests are welcomed by invitation only and a guest list must be provided prior to visitation. Unfortunately, food and beverages are not permitted at this time. Please note that masks are to be worn at all times while in the building as well as sanitizing of hands upon entry.
