Jean Elizabeth Chin, 76, of Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, passed away on Wednesday, August 24th, 2022.

Born on December 22, 1945, she was the eldest child and daughter of the late Mahammad Kamruddin, and the late Khairool Neisha Razack, both of Guyana. She was pre-deceased by her two brothers, Murphy in 2005, and Michael in 2015.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 55 years, Ronald Patrick Chin; her three loving children, daughter - Sharon Elizabeth and her husband, Derek Edward; son - Mark-Anthony, and his husband Jose Daniel; daughter - Natalia Maria, and her husband, Nirmal Niranjan; her three devoted grand children, Megan Elizabeth, Michael James, and Richard Tyler; Sisters Joycelyn Burgess of Georgetown, Guyana; Joanne Persaud and her husband, Kenneth Persaud, of Mississauga, Ontario, and Mergena Seth and her husband Andrew Seth of Orlando, Florida, U.S.A.

Visitation to be held on Monday, August 29, 2022, at 3pm at Lotus Funeral and Cremation Centre at 121 City View Drive, in Toronto, Ontario. This will be followed by a Service at 4pm. Cremation will follow the conclusion of the Service at 5pm.

An Honour Guard will be provided by the Toronto Police Service.

The family will receive friends at 2770 Aquitaine Avenue, Social Room (Lobby) afterwards from 6pm onwards, for refreshments and food.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to a charity of your choice.
