Obituary of Soondree David
FOREVER IN OUR HEARTS
Soondree David better known as Aunty Keri, born July 10, 1938, in Essequibo, Guyana,
peacefully passed away in the afternoon on August 27, 2023, surrounded by her family.
She was a loving wife to the late David David and kind-hearted sister to Rookmin (Widy), Lillian,
Nandy, Dale and Demsi. She will always be remembered as a devoted mother to Edward (Vic),
Sandra, Errol (Krish) and Radeish (Ravi) and considered a mother figure by her nieces, nephews,
and many others. She was a special grandmother to Andrea (Bhindi), Viaan, Vinita, Eric and
Randal.
Her kindness, gentle nature, and positive energy will be treasured by those who knew her. A
wonderful cook, seamstress, storyteller, and free-spirited woman has left us with nothing but
joyful memories and a lifetime full of endless love.
The following services will be held in her honour at Lotus Funeral and Cremation Center located
at 121 City View Drive, Etobicoke, Ontario, M9W 5A8.
Viewing: Thursday August 31, 2023 from 7pm-9pm
Funeral and Cremation: Friday September 1, 2023 from 11am-1pm
A zoom link will also be provided for those who are unable to join us in person.
Soondree will be forever loved and cherished.
