To the loving family of Romel Carlos Bascombe, I want to give my sincere condolences to Carlos's family, friends and loved ones. I am so deeply sorry to hear about your loss, you are all in my thoughts and prayers during this time. Carlos was truly a wonderful person whose laugh and smile lit up a room and it was a privilege to have known him. He will always be in our hearts and he will certainly not be forgotten. There are not enough words to express how much he'll be missed. May he Rest In Peace and god bless his family and friends. Amen.
