My lil buddy I miss you everyday. Guess god needed you more up there that’s why he snatched you up quickly. Your personality defines what love, kindness, humble, caring and sharing is all about. This song was written for you ‘drink water and mind yuh business’ because you never get involved with ‘he seh & dem seh’ or talk ill manners about anyone, you always say that’s dem business leh dem sort it out. Did you see/hear how many people (almost 900) came to celebrate the life that you’ve lived. I really do miss that 9:30am Sunday call. We had so many plans for 2024. Rest in peace my lil buddy ….. we have lots to talk about when I come up there ❤️❤️❤️

My deepest condolences and sympathies to Aunty Mohini, Marcus & Elicia. I pray that they will find strength, love and support through their family and friends during these hard times. Through my friendship with their daughter, - Elicia - I was honoured to get to know who Harry was. He was a jokester - I came over to their house so often. I always ask him “Did you miss me?” - to which he responds “did you miss me?”. I always tell him I do. He was a buddy - I would come over after I finish work and he would always ask me if I am ready to knock a drink with him - and it is 10am in the morning. He was playful - we would always have a little banter which always escalated to us playfully shouting at each other. He was wise - always bestowed his wisdom when we have our little chats about life - even with his random little facts he has gather from his experience in life. He was many things: he was a great husband to Aunty Mohini, a great father to Elicia and Marcus, a great friend to everyone he has known, and more.
My family mourns for his loss and offers their deepest condolences to the Bahadur family during these trying times. His existence has impacted many people - more than he would ever know. I will never forget the kindness he has shown me nor will I forget how he treated me as apart of his family. I will miss you my drinking buddy but always know, I will always pour one out for you.

No words can describe the loss of a man like Harry who was amazing in all aspects of his life. I saw him be a great dad to my best friend Elicia and friend Marcus, a great husband to Soni, and an incredible person to everyone he met. Although I’ve only had the pleasure of knowing him these last 5 or 6 years, he treated me like part of his own family and always welcomed me with open arms and a cold drink. I will never forget him, his quick wit, and his infectious smile.
My family also mourns his loss and offers our deepest, heartfelt condolences to the entire family at this time. Harry touched many lives, and if I am so grateful I got to be one of them. Harry may you Rest In Peace. We will always cherish your memory as you live on in our hearts. ♥️

To know uncle Harry is to know a loving, hard working, busy body, hilarious man.
He is one of the funniest I have ever known.
As a kid; I used to love when he became a story teller; after knocking a drink or two with his siblings. Telling stories that make you question how authentic it is, tears streaming down your face from laughter, always to end it with “it’s a true story mi a tell yuh”.
I don’t even know if he knew how funny he was.
After the news on Monday; Ravin and I spoke; checking on each other and he said to me, he was having flash backs from Orton Park.
Orton Park truly was some of my best childhood memories; especially with uncle Har.
It was here we discovered the show Rugrats, and he nicknamed me Angelica; the character who was always trying to outsmart her younger cousins; insert Rav.
Probably one of the most funniest moments of Orton Park was I believe it was the first Christmas that everyone had moved to Canada and uncle Harry took ravin and I to the mall for Christmas shopping.
The sales associate asked uncle Harry what she could help him look for and he responded “looking for ties”.
The associate brought over a few “ties” to look at, to which uncle Harry was confused. He then tells her “to play with”. The sales associate then shoots him a puzzled look.
Meanwhile Rav and I are in the middle of this stare down of utter confusion and I tell the lady, he’s looking for TOYS.
To this day, my mom and I can still laugh with real tears about that story.
Uncle Harry always made you feel welcomed into his home; and never made you feel like a guest.
Last year I came to visit him; and though it has been years, and I do mean years since I last saw him; let alone stayed over at his place; I never once felt like I was a guest in his place.
Man uncle Har, I’m so grateful that I was able to come up last summer and spend not even 24 hours with you and get pictures with you, because if it weren’t for that visit, the last set of pictures I have with you are from childhood.
I’m sorry you didn’t get to meet Amari.
You would have loved him and him you.
He loves cars, and trucks; fixing their engines and tires; and also pretending that I am a motorcycle.
My mom says that he has two swirls in the back of his hair like you did, back when you did have hair.
He takes hours to eat; I mean we can finish cleaning the whole house and he will still be eating; which my mom says you were the same way as a kid.
When I told Amari about what happened; we laid in bed and he was just looking at the ceiling and he started asking questions about the accident.
He then asked me if uncle Harry won’t see him anymore; and I said no baby. He asked me if he won’t see uncle Harry anymore (on FaceTime with his naii) and I said no baby.
He stayed quiet and asked where did uncle Harry go? And I told him uncle Harry is in the sky; sitting in the clouds, looking down at him.
The next morning as I’m getting him ready for school; I see him trying to open the blinds to his window and looking out, and he says “ma, uncle Harry uncle harry, and I said where baby, he said uncle Harry in the sky”.
So please continue to be sitting in the clouds by his window so he can still see you.
Even though Ramon couldn’t be here today; he was in complete shock when I told him the news; and said he was looking forward to meeting you. My mom always tells him how he reminds her of you; because he can’t sit still; always looking for the next project to do around our house.
How do i end something like this? There’s no right way.
Because it just doesn’t feel right putting a period, to end this, when uncle har had so much life left in him.
Thank you for all the memories uncle har.
Love you.

Tomorrow will be Sunday, and Sundays will never be the same for me. Every Sunday before 9 am I know my phone will ring - there is only one person that calls me, my brother Harry. The first thing he says “What you up to bai.” We will talk for about an hour - about any and everything. You would think we haven’t spoken to each other in a while but it was only a week ago. Our phone call always ends with “Bai when are we gonna reach up to tek a thing.” My drinking partners have become my brothers Har Chick and Deo whether on the phone or meeting up. If you know my brother, you know that he will always make you smile. His laughter is infectious and you know when he’s around. My brother was a true artist - give him some pieces of metal and you will be surprised at what he was able to do with it. Just as well, in life, he made it beautiful. Sundays will never be the same, because there is a voice that I will be expecting to hear but won’t be able to anymore. Har, words cannot express how much I will miss you.
Uncle Harry will often say to us: Only Family Tree no Brambles. Well, Uncle Harry, these brambles will like to say a few words as well. Uncle Harry treated each of us in our own unique way. With Dave, his first greeting is always “Mr. D what’s up?” Taking Uncle Harry to “a place” could mean taking him to the liquor store. Shantie, he always greets with “gal suh far yuh gan fo live.” His love for driving took him to visit Shantie one day even though she lived suh far. With Malo, you always hear him make a comment about how “he nah know how she is a teacher.” But somewhere in his greeting is always “gal when yuh guh mek yuh chiney soup.” When he sees me, I need to get a glass because he’s waiting for us to tek a drink. He was also one of my dance partners who I will miss.
Auntie Sonie, Mark and Sasha you were the joy of Uncle Harry's life. We hope the love and memories you have of him will give you strength each day. May the memory of his laughter bring back your smiles.
Uncle Harry, on behalf of Banna and his family, we will miss you very much but the beautiful memories we each have of you will always be with us. With God’s blessings may your soul find peace. You will always be loved.
Love Clement (Banna) & Family

On behalf of myself and family, my siblings and the rest of the family, I extend to the family of Harry and his relatives, especially his mother, sincere condolences. This shocking news is too much to bear. Harry was riding motor cycle since he was small. To die with a bike after all these years of experience is hard to believe. RIP.

My deepest and most sincerest condolences and sympathies to Mohini Aunty, Elicia and Marcus. I pray that God protects them and gives them strength, support and love through their family and friends during this tough time. I will never forget Uncle Harry’s kindness towards me during the COVID pandemic. I was far away from home and Uncle Harry along with his loving wife, Mohini Aunty and daughter, Elicia opened up their home to me and treated me like a daughter. Uncle Harry radiated kindness, understanding, joy and warmth. I will never forget and will be forever grateful for the hat and socks me bought for me randomly one day - it was such a small action but it will forever stay as a fond memory in my heart. I will not forget his jokes, his advice, his dances and him showing me YouTube videos. I am forever grateful and thankful to the Bahadur family. Uncle Harry, will be deeply missed and I know his kindness on this earth will seat him at the highest ranks in heaven. The angels up there will have a great time hearing his jokes. May the Lord protect his soul and give him peaceful rest. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
