Obituary of Roopnarine Mahadeo
Roopnarine Mahadeo (Biya Roop) of Airy Hall, Mahaicony peacefully passed on to his after life on Wednesday March 6, 2024 in Canada. His 88 years on earth was impactful to many lives and it’s safe to say he was loved and respected by everyone who came in contact with him.
He was fondly known as Uncle Roop, Uncle Biya, Brother Roop, Daddy, Mamoo etc. by friends and family and he will be greatly missed by the family.
He had a sharp wit and his intelligent conversations demonstrated how wide the range of his knowledge extended. It was surprising by many how deep his memory extended of family connec-ons and world events.
Roopnarine was a businessman, an accountant, a farmer and a most of all, a great human being.
