Obituary of Roy Namaram Sawh
Please share a memory of Roy Namaram to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
It is with profound sadness that the family of ROY NAMARAM SAWH announce his passing on October
20, 2024, at the age of 64 years.
Roy will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife of 25 years Belinda and his daughter Angelina.
He was the loving son of the late Balkaran Sawh and Surujdai Sawh, and loving brother of
Ranol, Terry, Lalita, Dickie Sawh and the late Indira Sawh. He was the son in law of Savitri Banwarie and the late Rajnauth
Banwarie. He will also be dearly missed by all his aunts, uncles, cousins,
nieces and nephews, brothers in law, sisters in law, and many friends.
Roy was always the life of his social circle. He will always be remembered as a good Samaritan. He,
without any hesitation, always lent a helping hand to anyone in need or in difficulty and certainly went
the extra mile for anyone and everyone. He was a great listener.
The family thanks everyone for all their prayers and words of consolation offered over the last number
of months.
The family will always be grateful to the staff of the Scarborough General Hospital and the Centenary
Hospital, including all Roy’s doctors and nurses, for their most compassionate care and support over the
last number of months.
To our dearest and most beloved ROY NAMARAN SAWH, we pray that your soul attains Moksha and
merge with the Param Brahma (Supreme Being), free from the eternal cycle of life, death and rebirth.
You will forever be loved and sorely missed. May your next adventure be one full of bliss.
