KHAMSALEUM TOUI CHANSINA
July 15, 1963 - November 11, 2024
With heavy hearts and profound sadness, we announce the passing of Khamsaleum
Toui Chansina, a beloved father, brother, mentor, and pillar of the Lao community, on
November 11th, 2024, at 10pm. He passed peacefully, leaving behind a legacy that has
touched countless lives around him.
Born on July 15th, 1963, in Savannakhet Laos, Khamsaleum Toui Chansina was not
just a father to his daughters Melody and Nicky, but a guiding light to everyone fortunate
enough to know him. He touched the lives of everyone he met with his sense of humour,
generous attributes, and lively spirit. Whether it was offering guidance, lending a helping
hand, or simply being present in moments of joy and sorrow, he was the anchor of our
family.
Known by many as Toui, he poured his heart and energy into creating opportunities for
others, always driven by a deep sense of purpose. He was a man of great wisdom and
strength who was extremely passionate about his work as a Mechanical Engineer. He
taught us the value of hard work, humility, and kindness; lessons that will stay with us
forever. He believed in the power of connection and service, teaching us that even the
smallest act of kindness can spark meaningful change.
He is survived by his devoted family; Melody, Nicky, Sengchan, Jimmy, brothers and
sisters, endless friends, colleagues, and admirers who cherished his presence. His
absence leaves a void that can never be filled, but his memory will forever be a source
of comfort and inspiration.
A traditional Buddhist ceremony for Khamsaleum Toui Chansina will be held at the
Lotus Funeral and Cremation Centre on Saturday November 23rd, 2024, from 2pm-5pm
(121 City View Drive Etobicoke ON M9W 5A8).
While we grieve the loss of a remarkable man, we are comforted by the unforgettable
memories he has left in our hearts and countless lives he has changed. His legacy is
not just the work he did but the love, hope, and inspiration he gave so freely.
May he rest in peace and may his love continue to guide us through our days ahead.
Forever Loved and Remembered.
