Obituary of Pamela Byjoo
Pamela “Joyce” Byjoo (nee: Singh) passed away peacefully on January 4th, 2025 in Toronto, Canada. She was 75. Born in Buxton, ECD, Guyana on December 13, 1949., to Harriban “H.B” Singh and Rukhmin “Glassie” Singh (nee: Gossai). She was married to Deopaul “Dilip”. She had 2 children Rory(Ron) and Ryan, but was also accepted as a loving mother and sister in law to many.
She grew up on Robb Street in Kitty/Campbellville, Georgetown, Guyana with her siblings Shirley, Chandra, Jai (Ricky), Son and Indra.
After marriage she resided in Lusignan, Guyana before immigrating to Toronto.
She worked in top law offices in Georgetown, Guyana and at The Royal Bank of Canada head office in Toronto. She also worked at Maple Leaf Gardens and the former Air Canada Centre.
She will be missed globally, as her family and friends reside in the U.K, Guyana, USA, Trinidad & Tobago, Barbados and Canada.
